    Our programs are designed for adults over 40 who want to improve their energy, sleep, weight, focus, and overall health using a personalized, science-backed strategy.

  • Is this a medical treatment or a fitness plan?

    Neither. It’s a personalized health strategy that combines diagnostics, coaching, and habit change. We work alongside your doctor if needed but don’t replace medical care.

  • Do I need to get lab tests done before starting?

    We’ll guide you through it. We begin with diagnostics: blood work, lifestyle assessment, and optionally genetic testing. It’s a critical step to understand your body before building your plan.

  • Can I do this program if I’m already on medications or have a condition?

    Yes. Many of our clients manage conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid issues. We tailor everything to your current health status in coordination with your existing care.

  • How is this different from other health coaching or wellness programs?

    We don’t offer generic tips. We give you a personalized strategy based on your labs, lifestyle, and goals; plus weekly coaching, tracking, and real support to help you stay consistent.

  • How much time do I need to commit each week?

    Around 2–3 hours weekly for check-ins, following your plan, and building small daily habits. We make sure it fits into your lifestyle, not the other way around.

  • What kind of results can I expect?

    While every journey is different, most clients see measurable improvements in energy, biomarkers, weight, sleep, and overall wellbeing within the first 4–8 weeks.
